Results and case studies
Receipts, not reports: results for home service brands
These home service SEO case studies come from Digital Ducats, the team that runs Dallas SEO Company. Real clients, real numbers, each one labeled with the industry it came from. No Dallas results we can’t prove.
Flagship case study: Texas waste & recycling
Frontier Waste Solutions: from 460 visitors to 30,000+ a month.
A Texas waste and recycling company with zero brand searches and about 460 website visitors a month. Today it ranks #1 for “trash service near me” and covers central Texas from North Dallas to Corpus Christi in Google.

Waste services
Frontier Waste Solutions: +412% organic traffic in 12 months
Organic traffic is the people who find you in Google’s regular results, below the ads and the map. You don’t pay per click for them. Over twelve months, Frontier’s organic traffic grew 412%.
Why it matters to a contractor: traffic you earn keeps coming after the work is done. A page that ranks for “water heater replacement” in June is still ranking in December, and it didn’t cost you a dollar per visit.
Roofing contractor
CD Roofing & Construction: 42% lower cost per lead
Cost per lead is what you spend on marketing divided by the calls and forms it brings in. It’s the number most roofers actually feel, because it decides whether a slow month is survivable.
CD Roofing & Construction’s cost per lead dropped 42%. Same phone, same crews, fewer marketing dollars behind every inspection booked. That’s the kind of contractor SEO result we’d rather show you than a chart of impressions.
Commercial roofing
Crown Industrial Roofing: +89% year-over-year revenue from organic
Revenue is the scoreboard that ends arguments. Crown Industrial Roofing’s revenue from organic search grew 89% compared with the year before.
Commercial roofing runs on bigger tickets and longer sales cycles than a residential repair call, so one extra ranking page can mean a lot of revenue. The lesson carries over to any trade: track the money, not the clicks.
How to read these numbers
Why you won’t see a Dallas logo wall here.
Dallas SEO Company is new. The people doing the work aren’t. Christian Carere and the Digital Ducats team have spent 10+ years marketing home service businesses, and every case study on this page comes from that work. The one exception is labeled: Keith Hunn’s plumbing results, shown in their own section. None of it is presented as a Dallas result, because we’d have to make it up.
Plenty of agencies in this market show a grid of logos and a “500% growth” headline with no client name, no time frame and no metric. Ask them what the 500% measured. Usually it’s impressions.
What every result here tells you
- The client and the industry. A roofing result is labeled roofing. A result from outside home services says so.
- The metric. Traffic, cost per lead, revenue, map rankings or map impressions. Never a vague “growth.”
- How the chart is drawn. We only have the start and end values, so each chart is indexed to 100 and the caption says so.
What we won’t do
- Promise you a #1 ranking. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who guarantees a position is selling you something else.
- Use a result from one trade to imply it in another without saying so.
- Report impressions as if they were phone calls.

Map pack results: one local SEO case study, one honest outlier.
Plumbing company
A plumber back on the map in six days
This plumbing company had a page for every city it served. The pages competed with each other for the same searches, and Google dropped the business out of the map pack across most of its service area. That problem has a name: keyword cannibalization.
Digital Ducats merged and rewrote the pages so each one had a single job. Six days later, the average map ranking was roughly 70% better. No new reviews, no new links, no profile changes. If your city pages look like copies of each other, this is the local SEO case study to read.
Home leisure retail, not a home service trade
Canadian Home Leisure: +217% map pack impressions
We’re labeling this one plainly: Canadian Home Leisure is a retailer, not a contractor. We include it because the map pack works the same way for a showroom as it does for a service-area business. Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence either way.
Its map pack impressions, the number of times the business showed up on Google Maps results, grew 217%. Impressions aren’t calls. They’re the step before a call, and they’re the first number to move when a Google Business Profile gets fixed.
Keith Hunn’s plumbing results
A separate record, from our plumbing specialist.
These numbers aren’t Digital Ducats case studies. They come from Keith Hunn’s own work with home service clients, plumbers above all. Keith now represents Digital Ducats in Dallas, and we show them apart so you can tell whose work is whose.
Keith took Danika Plumbing from zero to more than 27,000 monthly visitors from Google search. That’s organic traffic, people clicking through from the regular results, not impressions.
The second number is about what happens after the click. The referral programs Keith has set up for clients have lifted revenue by as much as 25%. It’s a reminder that rankings are one part of a plumbing business that grows. See how we approach SEO for plumbers.

Questions about our results
Are any of these Dallas businesses?
We don’t present any of them as Dallas results. Every number on this page comes from Digital Ducats client campaigns, labeled by client and industry. Dallas SEO Company is the Dallas side of that same team, so these are the results of the people who would run your campaign. When we have Dallas case studies, they’ll go here.
Can you guarantee results like these?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls where Google ranks you. What we can promise is the work: a plan you can see, monthly reports on calls, forms and booked jobs, and plain answers when something isn’t moving. Your trade, service area and competition all shape what’s realistic.
How fast do results like these show up?
It depends on the channel. Fixing a broken profile or cannibalized pages can move map rankings in days, like the plumber above. Most Digital Ducats clients see first map pack gains in 60 to 90 days. Organic traffic and revenue gains like Frontier’s and Crown’s build over a year. How long Maps rankings take.
What will my monthly report show?
Calls, form fills and booked jobs first, then the rankings and traffic behind them. If impressions go up and calls don’t, the report says so and we tell you what we’re changing. On the discovery call we’ll show you where you stand today, so you have a real baseline to measure against.
